ILKAN METAL DEMIR STEEL IND. AND TRADE LTD. CO. was founded by Emre Bozok. Our company provides services in the purchase and sale of thick steel plates, offering both wholesale and retail solutions. We also provide precise cutting services using CNC oxy-fuel, plasma, and optical cutting machines to produce steel plates in custom dimensions.

Our company processes approximately 4,000 tons of material annually. Within our production range, black steel plates are precisely cut into required sizes for applications such as press frames, Floxo printing machines, coil slitting machines, lamination machines, mold materials, heavy-duty machinery, and various industrial parts.

In the industrial and construction sectors, material quality and cutting surface precision are critical requirements. At ILKAN METAL, we strictly prioritize these standards and are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality, and precise manufacturing services.

Our production facility is equipped with 2 optical cutting machines, 1 CNC oxy-fuel and plasma cutting machine, and 2 band saw machines, totaling 6 cutting machines.

In addition, all customer orders are processed using specialized software to create pre-cut nesting plans. This ensures optimized material usage, minimizing waste and reducing costs while maximizing efficiency.
